Chrissy Teigen Reportedly Loses Target, Macy’s Deals Over Abusive Texts To 16 Year Old

Chrissy Teigen has apologized for sending toxic text messages to Courtney Stodden several years ago, who was 16 years old at the time.

“Not a lot of people are lucky enough to be held accountable for all their past bullsh*t in front of the entire world,” the model/chef wrote. “I’m mortified and sad at who I used to be.”

She added, “I was an insecure, attention seeking troll. I am ashamed and completely embarrassed at my behavior but that…is nothing compared to how I made Courtney feel.”

But the apologies did not save Chrissy from backlash from her corporate sponsors.

Based on reports, it appears Target and Macy’s are pulling away from Chrissy. Target has removed Chrissy’s “Cravings” items from their website and Macy’s have reduced her items too and will soon be selling them at 1/2 off.
