Saweetie Reacts To Leaked Elevator Fight Video With Quavo

Quavo and Saweetie remain a subject of discussion online after a video showing an altercation between the two of them on an elevator leaked. Recently, we shared that the Los Angeles Police Department is taking a look into what happened during that particular incident.

Authorities have seen the video and they want to meet with both parties to discuss what happened during that incident.

The LAPD said it could be considered a domestic violence incident where both parties are in the wrong. Well, Saweetie has now issued a statement in response to the viral elevator physical altercation footage.

According to the rapper, the incident happened a year ago and they’ve reconciled since then.

“This unfortunate incident happened a year ago, while we have reconciled since then and moved past this particular disagreement, there were simply too many other hurdles to overcome in our relationship and we have both since moved on,” Saweetie said in an exclusive statement to TMZ.

Saweetie’s statement to TMZ doesn’t reveal much detail about the nature of her and Quavo’s “unfortunate incident,” so the debate as to whether or not Hip-Hop fans should consider it abuse or a harmless fight will likely continue.
