LAPD Are Investigating Quavo & Saweetie For Domestic Violence After Elevator Fight Footage

Quavo and Saweetie made headlines after a video showing an altercation between the two of them on an elevator was released. Well, it appears the Los Angeles Police Department is taking a look into what happened during that particular incident.

According to TMZ, law enforcement sources revealed that LAPD detectives have seen the video that they shared earlier this week, which showed an encounter with Saweetie and Quavo interacting in an aggressive manner.

The media outlet shared that authorities want to meet with both parties to discuss what happened during that incident. The law enforcement source reportedly told the site, it could be considered a domestic violence incident where both parties are in the wrong.

However, police want to determine what happened before and after the elevator footage was captured. As previously reported, the incident took place last year, prior to their recent breakup.

In the video, Saweetie can be seen throwing a few punches in Quavo’s direction. Quavo dodges the punches, dropping his orange Call of Duty briefcase.

He then shoves Saweetie into the elevator before they struggle over the briefcase. Quavo gains control as his girlfriend drops to the ground.
