Did Offset Make IDK Remove Saweetie Lyric In New Song?

IDK has a new song titled “Shoot My Shot” featuring Offset. The song is currently buzzing speakers far and wide but, there are speculations on a supposed removed lyric from the song.

The Migos trio has been at loggerheads with Saweetie following her break-up with the group’s honcho Quavo.

According to @its_onsite, IDK’s new song with Offset comes as the latest layer in Quavo’s ongoing feud against his ex-girlfriend Saweetie. It’s gathered that a lyric was changed at the last minute.

The initial version surfaced and it has a reference to Saweetie. However, the lyric has since been scrapped and people are accusing Offset of making IDK remove the reference.

“Say she like to do the lounge, she don’t f*ck with the clubs/My type, my type, yeah, yeah, my type,” raps IDK in his verse in the officially released version of “SHOOT MY SHOT.”

The new surfaced audio shows that the song was altered to have a lyric about Saweetie removed. The lyric was originally, “Say she like to do the lounge, she don’t f*ck with the clubs/My type, my type, like Saweetie, my type.”

The line made reference to the rapper’s hit record “My Type” but it seems as though Offset (or Quavo?) took issue with it and possibly asked for it to be changed.
