A plastic surgery-obsessed Instagram model recently underwent a very controversial surgery- designed to give her the “world’s fattest v*g*na.” and it seems the operation did what it was intended.

Mary Magdalene, 24, from Canada, has undergone more than a dozen surgical procedures over the past few years in an effort to transform into a “plastic princess”.

The mode, who claims to have dished out more than $105K on her transformation, admits to having a brow lift, three nose jobs, cheek and lip fat transfers, three boob jobs, 20 dental veneers, a trio of Brazilian butt lifts and numerous lip fillers.
