Tory Lanez Responds To Megan’s Diss Track: “The Double Standard Is Wild”

It’s been a dramatic one between Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion following the shooting incident. Last month, Tory was charged for allegedly shooting Megan Thee Stallion.

Acccording to reports, if the Canadian rapper gets convicted, he’ll be facing up to twenty two years in prison. Tory Lanez has also pleaded not guilty in the Megan Thee Stallion shooting.

Recall, Tory dropped a 17 track album in response to the shooting allegations, denying being the one behind the trigger. Well, Meg fired back on her new album titled “Good News”.

On “Shots Fired,” the Houston rapper samples The Notorious B.I.G.‘s ‘Who Shot Ya?.” In one part she raps: “Imagine n****s lyin’ ’bout shootin’ a real b*tch,” she raps, “just to save face for rapper n****s you chill with”.

She also claim that Lanez “ have been indicted” had she alleged he shot her in the week after the incident. “Should’ve let them lock your ass up.” Megan raps.

Taking to Twitter, Tory has something to let out regarding the diss. “The double standard is wild,” the Canadian rapper tweeted.

Apparently, Tory is referring to the criticism he got after dropping his album, he was even blackballed for it. On the other hand, Meg has been receiving praises.
