Cardi B unveiled her new face yesterday and it’s since got fans talking. It appears she had a new facelift to commemorate her new honor as Billboard’s Woman of the Year.

The Bronx rapper is set to receive the award at Billboard’s Women in Music event next month.

“For you crybabies that’s like ‘what? she only got one song’ – yeah I got that song, bitch,” Cardi said in response to critics saying she’s not worthy of the honor. “You know? The one that sold the most, the one that streamed the most.

She continued, “The one that had republicans on Fox News crying about it. The one that’s about to be six times platinum in three months. The one that had your grandma popping her pussy on TikTok. Yeah, bitch, that one.”

Well, reports has it that Cardi recently underwent a series of facial surgical procedures that, when taken together, can be considered a non-invasive “facelift.” And the procedures have left Cardi with an odd new face.

Acccording to MTO, it’s still healing and will improve over time. Noticeable changes in her face are the cheekbones, chin and lips. Here are some pics of Cardi’s new look:
