Only few teens could afford a luxurious house of their own at such an early stage. Well, Willow Smith is one of the very few teenagers who had amassed enough wealth to move from their parents home to a mansion of themselves.

Willow and her brother Jaden, caught up with fame at a very young age. Their parent’s influence helped shaped and solidified both children in the entertainment industry.

The 19 year old singer, songwriter, rapper, record producer, actress and dancer has bought herself a new mansion, and the Malibu, California digs are nothing to sneeze at. Smith began her music career in the autumn of 2010 with the release of the singles “Whip My Hair” in 2010 and “21st Century Girl” in 2011, and signed to her current mentor Jay-Z’s record label Roc Nation in 2010, becoming the youngest artist signed to the label.

“Whip My Hair” peaked at number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100. The video was nominated for Video of the Year at the BET Awards of 2011. She released her debut album, Ardipithecus, on December 11, 2015.

Willow purchased an energy-efficient 3,000 square foot, $3.1 million home that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. Willow Smith won’t be far from her parents’ $42 million property in Calabasas, so she can expect to have Will and Jada pop up anytime.

According to Variety, the ‘Red Table Talk’ co-host’s garage is fitted with a Tesla charging facility and Willow is working with a grey-water recycling system, high-tech appliances, and all of the amenities a teenager with a mansion needs—sans a pool.
