Lil Durk Says “Don’t Call Em Drake Nomo, His New Name Michael Jackson”

Drake is arguably the biggest rapper of all time.. yeah I said some… In terms of success, only few rappers can go head to head with the Toronto megastar. He’s been consistently doing great since his arrival and doesn’t seem ready to slow down anything soon.

About a week ago, Fat Joe was dragged on Twitter after he asserted that Drake is the Michael Jackson of this time. His claim immediately set up an online debate amongst fans and it was an interesting one.

“Drake is possibly the hardest person to get in touch with and let’s be clear, every song he does goes No. 1 and he’s just like, the Michael Jackson of this time,” Fat Joe said during a discussion with Rick Ross on Instagram live at the time.

Drizzy is about releasing a new album titled “Certified Lover Boy” and he’s dropped the first song off the album “Laugh Now Cry Later” featuring Lil Durk. The track is a little bit controversial as both rappers seemingly dissed their rivals Kanye West and Tekashi 6ix9ine.

And just after Durkio clarified his ‘rat’ lyric, he took to Instagram story to double down on Fat Joe’s claim about Drake. “Don’t call em drake nomo his new name Michael Jackson,” Durk declared on his story.

Although Drake has done a lot for the music industry and would obviously be regarded as a legend, many would disagree that he has reached the stature of Michael Jackson. At least, not yet.
