YNW Melly Tells DJ Akademiks He Made A Whole Album In Jail & He’s Coming Home This Year

YNW Melly remains locked up in prison even after he tested positive for Coronavirus, with reports that Melly’s condition has further deteriorated to the point where it sounds especially dire at the time.

Melly is currently facing death penalty if found guilty after he turned himself in on double murder charges, serving as a suspect in the killings of his two close friends YNW Juvy and YNW Sakchaser.

Back in November last year, YNW Melly dropped his album ‘Melly Vs Melvin’ while in jail, and it appears he’s getting enough inspiration in jail as he’s already made another album behind bars.

DJ Akademiks took to his social media pages to brief his phone conversation with Melly. And it seems the incarcerated rapper is confident about coming back home this year.

“Spoke with YNW Melly today on the phone.. he confidently told me “I’m coming home 2020”,” Akademiks tweeted.

“Sang 3 of the songs he wrote in jail and said he made a whole album in there. He can’t wait for every1 to hear. He said most of his fans favorite songs, he made in jail so he’s used 2 it.”
