Juelz Santana & Kimbella Facing Eviction From Another Home

Rapper Juelz Santana‘s wife Kimbella is reportedly on the verge of getting evicted from their condominium for non-payment of HOA fees while Juelz is serving time on weapon and drugs charges stemming from a the New Jersey airport incident.

Last year Juelz’s wife, Kimbella, was forced to move out of their rented $1 million five-bedroom four-bath New Jersey mansion after Chase bank sued to evict the couple and their three children.

Juelz Santana was forced to leave her home just before the Thanksgiving holidays at the time. The bank alleged in its papers that the Santana family were squatters saying they “illegally [took] possession” of the property and refused to leave after Chase bought the home at a foreclosure auction in 2018.

Acccording to MTO, the condo association are saying that Juelz has not been paying his $1,041 a month in homeowner’s association fees for his property lapse for the past two years.

The association claims that the rapper owes $18,099 for unpaid fees from July 2018 through March 2020, another $9,375 for “accelerated” maintenance fees through the end of the year, lawyers fees, special assessments and late charges – for a total of $33,577.

And they placed a lien on his property. Earlier this year, Kimbella launched a petition to free Juelz from jail as the coronavirus continues to sweep the nation.

Juelz is supposed to be freed sometime over the summer, but prisons have been releasing individuals who could be susceptible to the virus.
