6ix9ine Will Be Shooting His New Music Video Alone Due To COVID-19

6ix9ine Shooting His New Music Video Alone Due To COVID-19

Last week, a new song snippet from Tekashi 6ix9ine leaked online. Keeping his flow intact and yelling into the microphone, 6ix9ine appears to be reigniting the same formula.

The new song, titled “Bently,” is rumored to be featured on 6ix9ine’s upcoming album, which will be released through 10K Projects.

The Brooklyn rapper requested special permission from the judge to film new music videos in his own backyard and fortunately for him, he got the green light. It didn’t take long for him to drop a major release date, solidifying his return to the fray.

Following reports that 6ix9ine is currently working on two different albums, one in English and the other in Spanish. He took to instagram to give an update on his next move, revealing that his new song will drop on May 8th.

According to TMZ, he will be absolutely alone in the video and he is citing his fears of contracting COVID-19 as the reason why he will be solo in the upcoming visuals.

The media outlet added that 6ix9ine has his security guards pulling double duties, helping him behind the camera as he self-directs the new video. Before he hit the big leagues as a rapper, 6ix9ine was a videographer so that shouldn’t be too surprising.
