Lil Wayne’s Reaction To Kanye West’s Sunday Service Is Hilarious

Lil Wayne is obviously one rapper who lives in his own world. Wayne’s recent interview on ‘Drink Champs’ is still very much trending after admitting that he thought 21 Savage was a group of rappers.

“I remember I mistook 21 Savage for a damn group. When they asked me [about him] I said ‘They got 21 fucking lil rappers in one group?’”

“I was so serious. I was like, ‘Man, that’s like a new Wu-Tang, right?’ And the person with the mic was like ‘You serious right now, huh?’ and I was like ‘I’m very serious.’”

Another interesting part from the interview on N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN’s popular podcast ‘Drink Champs’ is his priceless reaction to first learning about Kanye West’s Sunday Service.

Kanye has been bringing his Sunday Service choir across America to perform Jesus-centric renditions of his songs for over a year now. Videos from the services have flooded the Internet and lots of celebrities have attended them but it appears Weezy has never heard of it before.

When N.O.R.E. says, “you know Kanye West got Sunday Service,” Wayne replies, “I don’t know that. What?” and when he learnt what Ye has been up to, his shoulders slump and he gives an exasperated look.
