Ne-Yo & Wife Crystal Smith Have Reportedly Split

There are speculations that popular R&B singer Ne-Yo and his wife Crystal Smith have split after spending almost 4 years together. Ne-Yo whose real name Shaffer Chimere Smith married his wife on February 20th, 2016 but it appears they’re no longer together.

The couple have been dropping cues about a possible split for some time now. Firstly, they’ve not made any public appearance together for months now.

While it’s understandable that couples could decide to keep their relationship private, Crystal Smith has deleted every single photo of her husband from her Instagram account, and it appears that she has unfollowed him.

In addition to that, Crystal has been sharing cryptic posts on social media lately with captions insinuating that she’s split up with Ne-Yo. She recently shared a selfie video with the caption, “She been humble way too long …”

Then she followed it up on Friday with a black and white photo of her wearing a gorgeous white gown, declaring, “It takes grace to remain kind in cruel situations..and you can’t buy that.”

Well, Ne-Yo hasn’t really done anything to raise alarm on their supposed split but his last photo with his wife was from last year’s eve where he admitted that “2019 had its bumps and bruises.”

To fuel the split speculations, in a recent video, Ne-Yo can be seen wearing his wedding ring on his pinky which shouldn’t have been the case for a man happy in his marriage.
