Eminem Releases New Album ‘Music To Be Murdered By’

Rap icon Eminem surfaced out of nowhere dropping a surprise new album for his thirsty fans titled ‘Music To Be Murdered By’.

Slim Shady has kept his fans waiting for long on his new project, there have been reports earlier that the Detroit rapper has been working hard in the studio lately.

Em’s longtime friend 50 Cent, even hinted that the ‘Kill shot’ rapper has an album on the way but we never knew it would come as a surprise package. And just last week, Eminem was named the best selling male artists of the last decade in pure album sales.

The 20 tracks feature appearances from Ed Sheeran, Young M.A, Anderson .Paak, Q-Tip, Don Toliver, and more, with production from Dr. Dre, The Alchemist, Dawaun Parker, David D.A. Doman, and Em himself.

The late Juice WRLD guests on “Godzilla,” while the Detroit MC reunites with three out of four members of Slaughterhouse—KXNG Crooked, Royce Da 5’9″, and Joell Ortiz—on “I Will.”

Music to Be Murdered By is Em’s eleventh studio album, released on January 17, 2020, by Aftermath Entertainment, Interscope Records and Shady Records without prior announcement, similar to his previous album Kamikaze which was released in 2018.

Em has dropped a video for “Darkness,” which samples Simon & Garfunkel’s “The Sound of Silence.”

The somber song was inspired by the 2017 mass shooting at the Route 91 Harvest music festival in Las Vegas and serves as a commentary on gun violence.
