The 38 year old singer and actor is being accused of cheating on his wife Jessica Biel.

Justin and his wife Jessica Biel have been married for seven years have a son together named Silas, who is four.

According to online reports Justin appeared to have been drinking heavily and was visibly inebriated. And he and Alisha were very touchy feely.
