Nicki Minaj Subliminally Shades Lil Kim’s Album Sales

Nicki Minaj and Lil Kim has a long history of rivalry and it’s not ending anytime soon. The two rap stars have been at loggerheads over who truly is the Queen of Rap.

Nicki Minaj has somewhat reignited their beef after cryptic tweets which has been trending ever since.

Lil Kim released her 5th studio album ‘9’ on the 11th of October and the first week sales are already in. It is her first studio album in 14 years, excluding a number of mixtapes she has released in the interim.

The lead single “Go Awff” was released on February 15, 2019.

Fans are accusing Nicki of mocking the iconic rapper’s album sales after she sent out a series of confusing tweets. The Queen Bee reportedly suffered poor sales on her last effort, failing to even hit the Billboard 200.

Reports has it that, in total, the project moved less than 1,000 units in the United States.

Nicki Minaj tweeted “Ikyfl” and “Btch I-“. The former is an acronym for “I know you’re fucking lying.”

While she didn’t confirm herself that she’s trolling Lil Kim’s album sales, fans believes those are straight shots and have been reacting to it.
