Queen Latifah On Nicki Minaj’s Retirement “She Must Be In Love & Happy”
Nicki Minaj announced her retirement from music to have a family couple of days ago and she undeniably took everyone by surprise and Queen Latifah is not excluded.
TMZ caught up with Queen Latifah to share her opinion on Nicki Minaj’s abrupt retirement and it appears she was caught off guard.

“Is she retiring?” the Queen responded in shock as the outlet asked if she was upset to see Nicki stepping away from her career.
“She must be in love and happy,” Latifah reasoned, adding that the general public should, “Let her live. She’s been grinding for a long time.”
She left off with a glimmer of hope for Nicki’s career, adding that “once you’re a rapper, you’re always a rapper. She’ll be back. Let her live first. Let her live some life first.”
Nicki Minaj had her fans in their feelings and has apologized for the abrupt and insensitive retirement announcement.

50 Cent also weighed on the retirement saying Nicki Minaj should take a break rather than retiring.
