Furious Men Pulled Out A Gun At Popeyes Employees Over Finished Chicken Sandwiches

Popeyes has run out of the viral chicken sandwiches and lovers of the popular sandwich were disappointed to learn that it’s currently sold out nationwide.
A man has earlier filed a $5K lawsuit against Popeyes for running out of chicken sandwiches.

The man is suing Popeyes for “false advertising, deceptive business practices by entity to public. Countless time wasted driving to and from Popeyes. No chicken sandwich. Was told to come back this day- still no sandwich.”

Despite the sandwich currently being unavailable, Popeyes has promised that it will definitely be back, but that’s not good enough for Barr to drop his lawsuit.

While the fast food company announced that they’ve run out of chicken sandwiches, it seems not everybody got that memo. A group of men pulled out a damn gun at one location because they were out of sandwiches.
According to Click 2 Houston, the incident went down around 8:47 p.m. Monday night. The employees ran to the back of the restaurant after the gun was pulled out.

The men ended up taking off in a black Chevy Tahoe. And reports has it that police are currently investigating the scene.
