R&B icon Mary J Blige who has been open about her predicaments with substance abuse. She’s noted in the past of her addiction to both drugs and alcohol.

Mary J Blige was spotted by paparazzi last night and it appears she’s switched to her old days.

The Queen of R&B arrived to the popular LA club Bootsy Bellows. She was there to celebrate Flo-Rida’s birthday, along with rapper NAS and R&B singer Ashanti.

According to MTO.. On her arrival, a cup fell out of her SUV and it appeared to be carrying some type of inebriant. Then she stumbled out of the vehicle and had to be assisted walking into the club!
