My 600 LB star Marissa Jess is currently trending after she broke the news that she’s now engaged. She took to instagram to share with her fans that she’s engaged to the woman of her dreams.
The TLC star was on Season 6 and Where Are They Now? of the hit reality show My 600 Lb Life. She announced her sudden engagement on Instagram after posting a bunch of adorable pics of the two of them together.

She shared the couple’s ring also and it’s adorable.
Marissa Jess shared another loved up photos of herself and her fiancee with the caption “My fiancee is so fucking hot!!”
Marissa Jess was introduced to viewers back in 2018, where we learned that Marissa was raped at fourteen, and suffered years of emotional abuse after Marissa’s father forced her to watch him abuse her mom.
