Dallas Thug Touches A Girl On The Street Next To Her Boyfriend

A man from Dallas, Texas is trending after viral video showing him sexually harassing a girl next to her boyfriend hit the internet.

The alleged Dallas thug was with his goons when he approached a girl walking next to her boyfriend and grabbed her waist up to her b00bs.

The girl tried avoiding him but he got too close and had his hand on her. It all happened in a jiffy with the girl’s boyfriend ignoring the incident.

In Texas, sexual harassment of a woman can be considered a crime – and police have released a video that they claim shows a “crime” in action.

Reports now has it that the guy in the video is wanted by Dallas police for questioning.

Under Texas law, if you make physical contact with another person with the intent to offend, you may be charged with assault. For example, if you rub a woman’s shoulders or touch her behind, you could be charged with assault. This is a class C misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to $500.

However, if you cause someone “pain” when you make contact with them, this is an assault and is a class A misdemeanor carrying a sentence of up to one year in county jail, and up to $4,000 in fines.
