Cardi B Says She Has A Good Relationship With Travis Scott

Cardi B took to twitter yesterday to defend her Grammy win. Cardi B has been called out several times for not deserving her win at the previous Grammy awards.

Cardi B’s album ‘Invasion Of Privacy’ won the best rap album at last year’s Grammy Awards beating Mac Miller’s Swimming, Pusha T’s Daytona, Travis Scott’s Astroworld, and Nipsey Hussle’s Victory Lap.

Many people felt Travis Scott ‘Astroworld’ should have won or Nipsey Hussle’s ‘Victory Lap.’ In a series of tweets, Cardi B detailed how hard she worked regardless of her pregnancy and believes her win is deserving.

She recalled how lots of artists declined working with her on her album and also made reference to Nipsey Hussle congratulating her on her win.

“When I won Nipsey said on a comment to me WHEN IS YOUR TIME IS YOUR TIME! Now when I speak to upcoming artist or people who ask me for advice I tell them the same thing ! WHEN IS YOUR TIME IS YOUR TIME and when it comes don’t let nobody take that special moment away from you !”

There have been a lot of angry replies to Cardi’s tweet and she actually snapped back on one person who called out La Flame fans for dragging the female rapper.

“To all of the ragers dragging cardi b I hope she won’t stop offset from working with travis thou,” wrote the fan on Twitter.

Cardi came through in their mentions to nix the notion that she has any sort of beef with Travis Scott. In fact, the two have a good relationship, according to her.
