Jermaine Dupri Launches Female Cypher
Jermaine Dupri made headline earlier when he weighed on the emergence of female rappers in the industry and criticizing them for rapping the same way. “They all rapping about the same thing and I don’t think they’re showing us who is the best rapper. For me, it’s like strippers rapping,” he said.

While some felt he made points in his criticism during an interview session with ‘People’ others perceived sexism and disrespect to the female rappers.
Cardi B was quick to clap back to the ‘strippers rapping’ comment that women only talk about their vaginas. She kicked things off saying she only talks about hers because it’s her best friend before jumping into the matter at hand.
6Lack also weighed on the criticism saying women in the industry don’t need approval from men and that JD is free to select his favorite artists, he also mentioned that they’re free to talk about sex if they want to.
Jermaine Dupri responded to 6Lack’s comment insinuating that he’ll be launching a female cypher soon.
