Nicki Minaj’s Mom ‘Carol Maraj’ Previews New Music

Nicki Minaj has been disturbing the industry for close to a decade now with several hits and she could be said to be the first female rapper that lasted that long.

As self proclaimed ‘Queen’ debuts her new music video for ‘Megatron’ which features her boyfriend Kenneth Petty. Her mother ‘Carol Maraj’ also took the industry by surprise as she also announce that she’s releasing a new music.

She shared the news on instagram with the caption :

She shared the snippet and judging with that, she sounds quite impressive. It’s a lovely dance track.

Like mother like daughter. With part of the lyrics reading : “You love me like no one else / You just want me for yourself,” Maraj sings. She didn’t share when or if a full album is in the works, but it’s expected that Maraj will have the full support of her daughter behind her.

Drake’s father Dennis Graham even commented, “Congratulations Carol do your own thing honey regardless of the haters.”
