Lil Wayne Flaunts New Dreads Colour

Lil Wayne performed at Governor’s Island yesterday in New York City, and he showed off his new hair look.

The rapper looked very stimulated amid the exhibition and he seemed glad to be there. That is a decent sign for the Louisiana natives, who has been tormented with illicit drug use.
