Samantha Wins Custody Of Nipsey Hussle’s Daughter
Nipsey Hussle’s sister has been engaging to hold custody of the late rapper’s daughter, and on Monday night, a judge decided that Emani can stay in the custody of his sister, Samantha.

According to TMZ, Tanisha’s lawyer, Larry Lewellyn, tells them that he’s working with Nipsey’s family on a visitation schedule that will be in Emani’s best interest. Samantha believes that Tanisha Foster is unfit to care for her 10-year-old daughter as she is not a stable parent.
The outlet also reports that on Monday, an arrest warrant was issued for Foster after she missed an LA court date Wednesday stemming from a DUI.

She pled no contest a few years back and was sentenced to 3 years probation but missed a court date for the case on May 15. Now her probation has been revoked and a bench warrant has been issued.
