Kodak Black Is Reportedly Been Served With Legal Papers To Refund Show Payment

Kodak Black can’t get a break, and yesterday a promoter served him with legal papers as much as $500,000 while he was in prison.
According to court documents obtained by the Blast, promoter Nicholas Fitts hired a process server who headed over to the jail days after Kodak was arrested.

The suit, which was filed last month, claims Kodak was contractually bound to perform on Mar. 3, 2017 in New York, but he never showed up. He then agreed to do a “makeup date” in Apr. 2017 but still did not show. The promoter then gave Kodak a third bite of the apple but he still did not show up.

The promoter is now seeking $500,000 in damages from the young rapper.
