Nipsey Hussle’s Killer Forms Insanity To Wave Arrest
Eric Holder, the 29 year old man that police say shot Nipsey Hussle down in cold blood, was captured today. Eric turned himself into a Los Angeles mental hospital, claiming that he’s ‘insane’ and that he had no memory from the last 48 hours.

The hospital called police, and Eric was apprehended.
But it appears that Eric is now claiming that he does not remember shooting Nipsey.
Eric appears to be positioning himself for a possible ‘insanity’ defense.

Under US law if a person committing a crime is found to be ‘insane’ then he can not be tried or convicted of a crime.
