Love And Hip-Hop Star Tommie Lee Was Put Into Custody For Coming To The Court Drunk

Love And Hip Hop Atlanta Star Tommie Lee was taken into custody yesterday, after appearing in court drunk, according to multiple reports.

Tommie had been previously charged with multiple counts of child abuse. And the 34-year-old star showed up to court last week in Cobb County, Georgia, for a hearing on her child abuse criminal case.

The judge noticed that Tommie appeared to be strongly intoxicated and so she ordered Tommie to undergo drug and alcohol test right then and there.

TMZ reported that, “Tommie’s BAC was 0.16 … twice the legal limit, and a violation of her bond. Tommie was arrested on the spot, and no bail’s been set yet.”

Tommie was in court just last week, attempting to get a court to approve her move to California for work related purpose while she was out on bond. Her request was denied by the court.

It’s not clear when Tommie will ever be released.

According to prosecutors, Tommie disrupted her daughter’s class, slapped her hands and face, dragged her out by her hair and slammed her into a locker. She was indicted earlier this year, and faces up to 54 years in jail if convicted on all 7 charges.

Tommie later apologized for showing up to court drunk … she says she needs help and is seeking treatment.

Tommie says, “I’ve been working really hard through my problems considering the challenges that’s been set before me since I’ve been home. I’ve done all that I can do on my own to shake my habits but I do realize that I need help and I am currently seeking treatment.”
