YNW Melly Hit Track ‘Murder On My Mind’ Remains No1 On ITunes Chart

YNW Melly is currently in jail following being charged for the murder of his dead homies, but it seems that his fans have been streaming his music more than ever and his single “Murder On My Mind” has skyrocketed to the top of the iTunes charts.

The 19-year-old rapper (real name Jamell Demons,) was denied bond by a judge after being charged with two counts of first-degree murder.

The song was released back in 2017, over a year before the murders of Anthony Williams and Christopher Thomas Jr last October.

It is alleged that YNW Melly and a friend Cortlen Henry killed the two men, staging it to look like a homicide. He denies being involved in the murders.

“To all my fans and supporters no I did not get locked up in Washington, but I am turning myself in today I want you guys to know I love you and appreciate every single one of y’all,” he wrote on Instagram.
