Rapper Lil Wayne has been engaged to the lovely Dhea Sodano for the past 7 years. The two live together in Wayne’s Miamii mansion.

The pretty Instagram model took to social media, to Blast Wayne for cheating with one of his “artists” – a Latina named Stephanie Acevedo.
