Colin Kaepernick Paid $80M By NFL Over Settlement
Former NFL star Colin Kaepernick won an $80 million settlement with the NFL – for their mistreatment of him over a silent protest against police misconduct.

The incident started when Colin began kneeling during the national anthem, to protest the rampant police murder of Black people in America. NFL owners became upset that Colin protested against police misconduct, and colluded to force him out of the league – which is illegal.
Colin Kaepernick filed a grievance in October 2017 under the collective bargaining agreement, alleging collusion against signing him to an NFL contract.
In the filing, which demanded an arbitration hearing on the matter, Colin’s attorney’s alleged that the NFL and its owners “have colluded to deprive Mr. Kaepernick of employment rights in retaliation for Mr. Kaepernick’s leadership and advocacy for equality and social justice and his bringing awareness to peculiar institutions still undermining racial equality in the United States.”
The arbitration trial was set for next month, and the NFL owners flinched. They settled the case for a reported $80 MILLION.
