Tekashi With Girlfriend In Jail 

Tekashi 6ix9ine is currently sitting in a federal jail, awaiting trial on federal RICO charges. But yesterday the rapper got a little action behind bars.

Tekashi, real name Daniel Hernandez, got a visit from his girlfriend. And it wasn’t just any old visit – Tekashi got to feel her up during the visit.
And Jade took a pic of their graphic embrace, and leaked it on her Instagram page.
Unfortunately Tekashi may have just got himself into more trouble. The US Bureau of Prisons makes it clear that it is ILLEGAL to feel up a female visitor during a jail visit.
Here is what it says in the Bureau of Prison’s Handbook:

  • At no time will inappropriate and/or unbecoming displays of affection by physical contact be permitted.
