She was in Los Angeles posing at the It’s A Wonderful Lifetime red carpet event, when she had her accident.
But Toni didn’t seem to mind the extra exposure, When another actress pointed out Toni’s mishap, she just laughed and kept it moving. The 51-year-old singer seemed to find the whole incident funny.
