In the video, the man and his girlfriend get into a fight with another man. During the struggle the boyfriend appears to pull out a gun. Unfortunately he allegedly shot the wrong person.
Instead o the bullet going into the OPS – it hit his girlfriend. She fell down and subsequently died.
