Dreddsworld : Outrage As 10-Year-Old Boy Gets Tattoo While Sitting On Lady’s Lap
A 10-year-old boy has been filmed receiving a tattoo as he sat on a woman’s lap in a shocking video filmed by his mum. The child can be seen chatting away to the woman holding him still, as a 16-year-old boy makes the permanent marks on his young body.
Although the boy appears to be coping with the pain, he asks more than once if they “are done”.

The youngster’s mum was aware of what was happening and even recorded the footage herself at their home in Ohio, USA.

A photo shared online shows the youngster’s new S tattoo on the top of his right arm.
According to ABC6 in America, Bellefontaine Police are unsure what to charge the mother with – or indeed whether any crime has been committed.
Officers visited the boy’s home and found the boy was not in any distress.
Lt. Rick Herring said: “The child had actually said he asked for the tattoo.”
He added: “The phones have not stopped ringing.”We’ve gotten calls from several different states from people that are concerned for the welfare of this child.”
The video was uploaded to Facebook by Storm Herrington who called his mother a bad parent.
“He is not old enough to know what he wants or to make any kind of decision like this. You truely are a worthless parent for this.” (sic)
