During her interview with Wonderland, Nicki shared her love for children and her desire to have some of her own sooner than some might expect.

“I’ve got to get married first then I’ll have a child. I might be closer than people think actually, I love children. I’m not going to put that off for much longer.”

The “Anaconda” artist had previously expressed how happy she was to be single. She credited celibacy as the creative fuel that culminated into the creation of her last studio album, Queen.

“Becoming single was one of the things that made me feel strong and powerful. The fact that I am a young woman who doesn’t need a man for money. I don’t need a man for a job.
